SHIPPING:

Please allow 1-2 days processing and 5-7 business days for receipt of cologne. This product cannot be shipped with a Priority status as it is flammable and can only be transported by Ground Transportation. We apologize for any inconvenience.

RETURN POLICY:

All sales are FINAL. However, if your merchandise is damaged, please return the item within 10 days of receipt to receive a replacement or full refund; less shipping charges. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

UNCLAIMED
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
